· On-time Pickup Promise:
When you call before 2 p.m., we promise to pickup your shipment the same day. If we break our proimse, your charges are automatically cancelled.
· On-time Delivery Promise:
We promise to deliver your shipment at the scheduled time: 5:00 p.m. in designated locations. If we break our promise, we reduce the transportation cost.*
· Damage-Free Delivery Promise:
We promise to deliver your shipment damage-free. If your shipment is damaged as a result of our handling process, we’ll give you a voucher to transport a replacement shipment or piece at no additional charge.*
Expedited Services – Available in the Regional Network.
· Canadian Freightways Urgent Promise – We deliver on the day you choose, at the time you choose.
When you need more speed, flexibility and precision than a scheduled delivery can offer, upgrade to Urgent service. We promise delivery of your shipment prior to the exact time you specify, or we cancel the transportation cost.*
· Canadian Freightways Early Morning Promise - Delivers on day scheduled. You choose the time.
We promise to deliver your shipment before 7 a.m., 9 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. or we reduce the transportation cost*
· Canadian Freightways Shortcut Promise – Delivers one day earlier than scheduled, by 5 p.m.
We promise to expedite delivery by at least one day and deliver your shipment before 5 p.m. or we reduce the transportation cost*
· Air Service – We deliver on the day you choose before 5pm
